WebWise Telegram Wallet. Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This WebWise Telegram Wallet Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the regulations governing the refund process for WebWise Telegram Wallet Users. These services encompass the use of Virtual Cards (hereinafter referred to as “Virtual Cards”) and the facilitation of payments for foreign services through the WebWise Telegram Wallet (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Users may refuse to use the Service and request a refund, subject to the procedure and conditions outlined below.
3. Refund Request Procedure
3.1. Initiating a Refund Request: within the specified refund period Users wishing to request a refund shall contact the Service Technical Support at the email address support@webwisewallet.com
3.2. Recording the Request: Upon receiving the refund request, the Service Technical Support will create the refund application (“Refund Application”), containing the details of the User request for further processing.
3.3. Refund Timeline: All approved refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the Refund Application’s creation.
3.4. Refund Mode: The refund will be issued in USDT and will be sent to the User’s designated USDT Bep-20 address in the WebWise Telegram Wallet.
4. Refund Options for Virtual Cards Service
4.1. Full Refund
4.1.1. Users can opt for a full refund of their virtual card balance.
4.1.2. Upon approval, Users will receive the entire balance of their virtual card in the WebWise Telegram Wallet.
4.1.3. Please note that the card opening fee of 10 USDT and the card deposit fee of 4% are non-refundable.
4.1.4. Once the full refund is processed, the User’s virtual card will be closed permanently and cannot be reactivated.
4.2. Partial Refund
4.2.1. Users can request a partial refund of their card balance.
4.2.2. For this option, a minimum balance of $25 must remain on the User’s virtual card.
4.2.3. The remaining balance will be credited to the user’s USDT Bep-20 address in the WebWise Telegram Wallet.
4.2.4. As with the full refund option, the card opening fee of 10 USDT and the card replenishment fee of 4% are non-refundable.
4.2.5. The virtual card will remain active with a residual balance of $25.
4.3. Non-Refundable Fees. The fees associated with card opening (10 USDT) and card deposit (4% of the transaction amount) are non-refundable. This is due to the fact that the service of opening a virtual card and crediting funds to its balance has been rendered and cannot be reversed.
5. Refund Options for Facilitation of Payments for Foreign Services
The refund will be issued in USDT and will be sent to the User’s designated USDT Bep-20 address in the WebWise Telegram Wallet in accordance with Section 3 of this Policy.
6. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at our discretion. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon being posted in WebWise Telegram Wallet bot. It is the responsibility of the User to review any updates.
